This is a full featured demonstration of the RAPrint program. This program will only work with the demo 835 files provided. Any patient identifying data has been changed to maintain privacy.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING AND USING THE DEMO

To install the demonstration, first create a directory called “RAPrint” on your PC, then download the program to into this new directory. Unzip the program file.

To run RAPrint, double click on the RAPrint icon.

When the program opens you will see four buttons on the top of your screen. The first button is a “file cabinet.” Click on the file cabinet. This will display four different ANSI835 remit files. Double click on the file of your choice. This will bring up a menu selection for SEARCHES and for REPORTS.

To search for an individual EOMB, we suggest you use the patient name search. The patient last names have been changed to PATIENT1, PATIENT2, PATIENT3, etc.

To run a report, click on the report you would like to see. We also recommend that you select PREVIEW which will allow you to preview the report before printing it.For complete information about all the different reports, click on the Help button (the question mark).

Printing is to your current default printer. You may delete the program group manually.
